Memebox Special #46 From Jeju unboxing

Yessss, another Memebox unboxing!! <3

Im pretty late to the game with this one, seeing as I bought it as a restock along with My Cute Wishlist 2, you can see that here http://cakezandglitter.blogspot.co.uk/2014/11/memebox-51-my-cute-wishlist-2.html

For some reason, I wasn't interested in this, but my willpower crippled when they restocked it, so I thought why not? And just went for it.

But im so happy I did! Its such a good box and i'll be using everything. I haven't tried an Etude House sheet mask before so im very happy indeed.

First off, I noticed that this box is pretty huge, I compared it to one of the normal boxes. They probably had to use a bigger box due to the fact that there's quite a few big products in this.

First off, im really sorry about the awful card pictures, its getting so hard to get good lighting at all now that its getting dark outside.

This box came with 7 full size products, and 2 of them were one time use.

First was the Skindeco Volcanic pore clay sparkling heating mask. This looks awful but it doesn't have a bad smell, sort of like a sour chocolate scent. I've already tried this, and its amazing, my pores looked refined and left my skin smooth. It does heat allot on your face too, so it probably wouldn't be ideal for people with sensitive skin.

Next is the Jeju Hallabong Ade Energy Peeling Toner. This is my first toner, and im happy because I like the brand, and already have the serum from the CPM 2 box, it has a orangey citrus scent which I love. It made my skin feel like fluff.

Next item in the box is the Skincure SanDaWa Natural Mild Cleansing Oil. This is definitely my least favourite thing in the box. First off its tiny! Its meant to be full size but I have a hard time believing that. Im not a big fan of oils as I just dont like the texture on my face. I will give this a try though

Next item in the box is the Secret Nature From Jeju Serum. I really like the packaging on this, its even got a plastic lid that looks like wood. It absorbs nicely and isn't greasy. It has a fresh medicinal scent to it.

The next 2 items are the one use only, which I havent tried yet. I recieved the Etude House Clear and Moist Green Tea Blending Sleeping Cream, and a Etude House  Green Tea sheet mask.
The cream is so cute, I love how its packaged in a spoon.

Last item in the box was a handcream, I thought this was going to be pretty boring because its just a handcream. But its very lightweight and doesn't feel greasy at all. It has a mild honey scent to it

I looooved this box and im glad I bought it.
I've got 2 more shipping express on Friday and im so excited to know whats in them :)

Memebox #77 My Lovely Boutique unboxing

Hey guiz

Today we have a really quick post on my latest Memebox that came through the post
I wont be swatching any of the products and will be passing this on to someone as its really not for me

I love the handcream and the Yeon packs but apart from that, thats it.
This post contains pictures that are not mine!

This box came with 6 products, 5 of which were full size.

First I recieved the EtudeHouse My Castle hand cream in Sweet Cookie. I only opened this to smell it, it smells really sweet and coconuty.
There are another 3 variations of these, Pink Wish, Ice Frozen and Forever Rose.

Next item is the only sample size product in the box. Too Cool For School Dinoplatz Cinema City
Ive never tried a CC cream before, and had no idea what it did so google told me: CC Creams: The difference between BB and CC creams is subtle--CCgenerally stands for “color correcting” and the products are meant to address issues like redness or sallowness (usually with light-diffusing particles), whereas BB creams are like lighter foundation with a few skin care benefits thrown in.

This box also came with a Shara Shara BB cream which I did squeeze a little out to have a look. It was so glittery it was ridiculous

Next I got The Yeon Jeju Hallabong Energy Pack which are just different things you can put on your face. I do like Yeon and already have the serum and the toner, and they are both lovely products. And i'm sure these will be too.

Last 2 items in the box are both from Shara Shara. A peach lip balm necklace which isnt my thing at all. It doesnt feel or look cheap but at the end of the day im not 5. The first item on the card but the last im writing about is the oil balm, which can be used for very dry patches of skin, which sounds ok to me as I tend to get small excema patches on my cheeks from time to time and I feel like this could help.

So all in all, not a bad box, but I feel like I just wont use the products, apart from the hand cream, its just not worth me keeping the box for that and I can easily pick up the hand cream on ebay.

What did you think of this box?

Memebox #51 My Cute Wishlist 2

O hai

So I recently got my restock boxes through the post on Saturday via snail mail yaay. I've been looking forward to these for a while :)

So I managed to snag a Cute Wishlist #2 and a 'From Jeju', which i'll be posting about soon.

Please excuse the poor excuses for photos.

So this box came with 6 full sized products woo

First item in the box is the Sally's Box Lip Patch, havent tried this yet but it looks pretty ussum.

Next item on the card is the Its Skin Babyface Petit Blusher, I got the colour Sweet Peach.
OMIGOSH this is the cutest thing ever, I looove the little puffer applicator

Next I got the Magic Cream Soap Cleansing dessert in Red Wine. This has a really sickly sweet grape smell that im not a fan of at all and I think cheapens the product. Even though it sounds lovely in the description and i'll get use out of it.
Would have preferred the Lemon though.

Next I got the RoseMine perfumed hand cream, randomly selected from Nana's Lily or Hesperides. I received Hesperides, it has a lovely floral smell and its not too overpowering, I have no idea what hesperides but the smell reminds me of roses.
The packaging is really cute and has that Cath Kidson style to it.

I was pretty excited about this one as I don't own any collagen products or sleeping packs. I thought this would be more like a cream but how wrong I was. Its like jelly, and it smells amazing. It has a subtle lemon scent.

                                 Wobble wobble

Last item is the Yeon Style Y Fruity Lip Balm
I must be lipbalm overload right now. I received it in Strawberry Swirl and I was hoping to get the Lime Swirl but this is still nice. I used to have something similar to this when I was younger. I'm sort of dissapointed with the smell as I could hardly smell the strawberryness

This beats any of the boxes i've had so far, got plenty more to come and I can't wait!

Birchbox November 2014 unboxing!

So I literally just got this delivered about half an hour ago!

I do love getting mail <3

So today i'll be unboxing my very first Birchbox, I was abit hesitant about subscribing at first because there wasnt really anything that grabbed my attention, but then I got an email saying that every box this month would include a selection of Dr Jart+ products. Now this got me seriously excited as they are a Korean brand, and i've recently been inroduced into the world of korean cosmetics by Memebox.

And also I used a £5 off code so I got my box for £7.95
SO AMAZE!
The theme this month was 'Cosy at Home'

This is what I got in my box.
Now when I opened it, I was kind of disappointed, as i'd seen some people get OPI nail polishes and little bars of chocolate, which I would have preferred instead of the drinkwel thingys but im still very happy with the box.

Everything came in a reusable cardboard box and a drawstring pouch too which is super handy for storage and I think its really cute.

There were quite a few Dr Jart products I could have received and I ended up getting the Recover Primer. YAY *dances*
I looove primers and im always looking for new ones, i've only got 2 other primers which is the Paul and Joe Pearl Foundation Primer, which isn't really for daytime and a Nivea Daily Essentials primer which I find is abit greasy in texture. Im sososo happy that I got this, it sort of smells like lemons and herbs. I don't know, its hard to say but when I put some onto the back of my hand it went on really smoothly and absorbed quickly, which I liked, because I don't like products that tend to sit there and chill on your face for a while.
Its full size and retails for £18

Next I got a Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm in Ripe Raspberry.
Now I was't too happy about this because I know they had this in last months box, and its almost like their trying to get rid of them for new subscribers this month. If I wanted this product, I would have bought last months box. But I can't complain really, its a really nice product. I'm quite a lipbalm hoarder and I do tend to use them quickly, so this is a nice addition to my lipbalm family. It gives allot of colour payoff and it smells like cupcakes :3

Next I got a Lord & Berry bronzer sample in the shade Sienna.
I like this, I don't even own a bronzer as its not something I really wear but i've been wanting to get a decent one to contour my face. This might just be a good place to start.

Next I got the Drinkwel Vegetarian Capsules/
This is probably my least favourite thing in the box, and I don't really tend to go out drinking anymore but i'll probably use these when it comes round to Christmas.

UPDATE!
These fucking stink.

Next I got a Reverence de Bastien nail polish, and this is a full size product. I thought at first when I looked on the website that it was a red polish, and I died a little inside, because red nail polish... yeah >.< Boring.
But when I opened the box I was shocked because it was a really nice hot pink/raspberry colour. I don't really tend to wear pink but I actually really like this. It retails for £16, I wouldn't pay that for it though as there are loads of hot pink varnishes on the market for allot less money.

Last items I got in my box were 2 samples of Beauty Protector, Protect and Treat Hair Mask.
PARAISE DA LAWD! My hair right now is in some desperate need of love so I think these are perfect for me right now. They sort of smell like that soapy, shea butter which kind of puts me off, but its not going to stop me using them. Full size retails for £16.

I'm seriously impressed with my first Birchbox and i'll be renewing my subscription for next month. What did you get in your box? I would have loved the dark purple OPI polish.

Use the code NOV5 for £5 off your first box

Barry M Limited Edition Palette's in Starry Eyed and Super Chic

Hey guys!

I recently managed to get my hands on these beauties!

These are both limited edition so gogooooo!

These palettes are so beautiful and  Barry M never fails to impress me so I couldn't help myself. They are very good quality and value for money so if you're looking for something that is multi use, I would recommend these.
I wanted the Summer Love palette too, I haven't seen it in the shops anywhere but I found it on Superdrug For £6.49 so will be ordering that soon.

They also have 2 neutral and 2 other going out makeup palettes I think which are all available to buy in Superdrug and Boots.

They all come with 6 different shades of eye shadows and a blush, or in this case, the Super Chic palette comes with an eyeshadow primer. They also all come with 2 double ended applicators.

Starry Eyed palette

Description:
Indulge yourself with 6 rich, luxurious eye shadows and a golden peach blush

These are all very pigmented and smooth and are easily bendable. Very similar to the Urban Decay and Too Faced formula
This was with a single swatch on my arm and with my flash on. The colours look so much better in real life.

Golden peach blush (Blended out)

Super Chic Palette

Description:
Party the night away with 6 ultra-chic eye shadows and perfecting primer for eye that dazzle until dawn

Again the formula of these are so good! This is by far my favourite palette I have bought from Barry M, as I do tend to wear more colourful eyeshadows. Its kind of hard to see on the picture but the white eyeshadow has silver glitter in, I love it! I think it compliments the white pearl effect of the shadow well.
This was done with one swatch and without the primer. The primer is very good and does help the colours 'pop' and fade less on your eyes.

These are such a steal for the price they are at :3

What did you think of these palettes? These will be getting allot of use from me for sure!

The Crystal Divide (Delilah Dust) Review

Hi guys!

Today we have something abit different than what i'd normally post

The crystal divide Recently launched on 24th October 2014, it's a crystal & gemstone jewellery website based in the UK

I happened to come across this company a while ago and I literally can't stop buying from them. They've recently re-branded from Delilah Dust to The Crystal Divide and both websites can be found below, They both have discount codes that you can use at the moment.

The Delilah Dust shop will be closing any day now so grab what you can while its still there!

http://www.delilahdust.bigcartel.com Use code 50OFF for 50% off

http://www.thecrystaldivide.com Use code code CRYSTALS20 for 20% off

So lets just say i've added some very nice jewellery to my collection these past months, i've never been disappointed in anything i've ordered :3

Some of these are not available to buy any more but I will link you to the ones that still are.
All orders from the Crystal Divide come in a gift box which is perfect if its a gift for someone.

First I have an Amethyst cluster in silver, which I originally ordered from Delilah Dust but is still available to buy here http://www.thecrystaldivide.com/products/silver-edged-amethyst-cluster-necklace

This was my first piece I ordered from the shop. You wont necessarily get the same shape that's on the website so if you're after something in particular I would leave a request when ordering or just send them an email. These photo's don't do any of them justice! It was incredibly hard to capture how sparkly this is.

Next I have the Tiny Electric Blue Quartz Necklace, and you can get it here with 50% off right now! http://www.delilahdust-shop.co.uk/product/tiny-electric-blue-quartz-necklace

They also have a bigger version of this for sale too
I totally love this and its more of an everyday one that I wear
I can't take a picture of this right now as i've left it as a friends house but will update this when I get it back :)
Mine had a few orange/bronze tones on it which makes it really interesting to look at. When I first got it through the post I must have spend a good half an hour staring it at!

Next is the most recent thing to fall through my post box,  its a Gold Dipped Acorn Quartz necklace, and sadly this is sold out now :(
This was so hard to get a good picture of because of all the cuts in the quartz that makes it acorned shaped. This is by far my favourite peice i've ordered and I feel so lucky that I have it!

Last peice I have is also very new and was my first purchase from the new site. Its a Rainbow Solar Quartz necklace and is available to be purchased here http://www.thecrystaldivide.com/products/rainbow-solar-quartz-necklace
You can buy this is yellow and blue too. The colours on this are amazing <3

I highly recommend ordering if you like crystal and gemstone jewellery, they have a wide selection including bracelets and earrings! They post out quickly too.

I can't wait to order more! :)
